Most students have their first class within two to three days of registering. It depends on how quickly we can match your preferred timings with an available teacher.

From about five years old, up to any age. Our oldest students are in their sixties. Because classes are one-to-one, the pace is set for the individual.

Yes. Many students start from the Arabic alphabet. Your teacher assesses you in the first class and starts exactly where you are.

One-to-one by default. Only you and your teacher are present. The family package places two siblings in one longer class if you choose that option.

Yes. You are matched with one teacher who keeps a written record of your progress. Cover is arranged only if they are unwell or travelling, and you are told in advance.

Yes, at any point and at no additional cost. Female teachers are permanent staff rather than arranged on request, so there is no waiting list.

Every teacher has completed memorisation of the Quran or holds a recognised qualification in Islamic studies. All are tested on Tajweed by us directly and pass an observed teaching trial with a real student before being assigned. The full process is on our about page.

Yes, at any point and at no cost. A mismatch in pace or teaching style is common and is nobody's fault. Tell your coordinator and we reassign.

English and Urdu are standard. Arabic is available on request, and other languages depending on availability.

Thirty minutes for individual students and sixty minutes for family packages covering two students. Longer sessions can be arranged if your course needs them.

Two or three is enough for Quran reading or Islamic Studies. Memorisation needs five days a week to progress at a reasonable pace. Your teacher will tell you honestly what your goal requires.

Twenty-four hours a day across all time zones. Early morning before work and after-school slots are the most requested, so book those further ahead.

Tell your teacher in advance and it is rescheduled at no charge. Classes missed without notice can usually still be made up within the same month.

Yes. You can move up or down between schedules at the start of any month, and your fee changes accordingly.

If you cannot yet read Arabic fluently, start with the Nazra Quran Course. If you read fluently and want to memorise, start with Hifz with Tajweed. Your teacher confirms this after assessing you in the first class.

Yes, and many students do. Quran reading three days a week alongside Islamic Studies twice a week is a common combination.

We teach Quran reading, memorisation and Tajweed, which are common to all Muslims. Where practice differs between schools of thought, your teacher follows the one your family follows — tell us when you enrol.

Yes, on completion of a course. For students who want to go further we also guide the next steps toward an Ijazah with a qualified teacher.

Individual classes start at $30 a month for one day a week and rise to $50 for five days. Family packages covering two students start at $60. Full details, including GBP, CAD and EUR, are on the fees page.

No. The monthly fee is the only charge. There is no registration fee, no material fee, and no charge for requesting a male or female teacher.

Your coordinator sends payment details once you decide to continue after the trial. Fees are billed monthly in advance.

Yes. Let your coordinator know before the next billing month and your place and teacher are held where possible. You are not charged while paused.

Yes. The listed family packages cover two students. For three or more, contact us and we will quote based on the schedule you need.

Any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop with a working camera and a stable connection. A basic broadband or 4G connection is enough for a video call.

Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. Your teacher shares the page on screen so you both look at the same text. No special software is needed.

A physical mushaf is helpful but not required. Your teacher can share a digital copy on screen, and we recommend a printed one once you are reading regularly.

Yes, always. We encourage parents to observe the first few classes, and you are welcome to join at any time afterwards.

Teachers log what was covered and what needs work after every class, and you receive a short weekly summary showing progress and the areas needing extra practice.
